All are Using Office 2010, we use, papercut to do all costing and reporting on printing.Now the biggest problem is that it is not affecting every user show hidden files in xp using cmd nor does it affect a user every day.All the Client PC's are windows 7 64Bit 4-8GB Ram.Changed the print resolution to 600 dpi and was then able to preview print.And the document Prints properly once it starts printing.When i can get there to see it in action, I have gotten the problem to go away but changing the Default printer to another printer.
